It all started when he saw her getting bullied by members of his own house, the girl who lived was getting ridiculed, at first he would have been one of those boys, making fun of her and even bullying her, but after seeing the condition she was in since they returned from summer break, had him set on a different mind path. Hestia Potter was used to getting picked on by the Slytherins, Ron and Hermione were always busy on their prefect duties when things like this happened, so imagine her shock when she was saved by none other than Marcus Flint.
