Prim's name is called

Emileigh Isabelle Everdeen is the younger sister of Prim & Katniss Everdeen. She becomes the Capitols darling (after she is noticed by Snow that is.) Snow uses Emileigh as a distraction from the rebellion, this is how the capitol won the rebellion in MockingJay.
