Nostalgia: a sentimental longing or wistful affection for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations. I love when it rains. The sky is relieved and stains the dry concrete pavement, that of which will soon become drenched. It made a deal with time- relaxation looming the increments. As the sky continues to darken, the ice from my cold heart melts into the drops of water that fall from my eyes. They blended into the rain, and soaked my emotions with NOSTALGIA. Valencia(Bah- lensee- uh) is a quiet girl, but is followed by resounding thoughts and a miserable past. When she interacts with people, they often mistaken her for being apathetic. However, they are completely ignorant of the colors that painted her dark picture. Her home life turned from good to bad in the blink of an eye. She struggles to endure the issues that yielded from her sudden change of circumstances. Soon, though, she musters up the strength to carry out an action that she feels will guarantee her a stress-free life. But will her insecurities get the best of her? Will she make it out alive?
