"Secrets of the Wolves" is the second book of the "Wolf Chronicles" trilogy, which tells the story of how the wolf became the dog from the wolf's point of view. It's narrated by Kaala, a young wolf living 14,000 years ago who learns that she is destined to bring humans and wolves together--for better or for worse. Here is the first chapter. The third book in the trilogy "Spirit of the Wolves" comes out on December 2nd.
