Description
After Maliyah gets out a toxic relationship with her first love, who constantly used her and cheated on her, she decided romantic relationships just aren't worth the heart ache. So with that, she vows to herself that she wouldn't be partaking in anymore romantic or sexual relationships for the last year of high school. The summer before her Senior year, she gets a summer job to help her sister pay for her upcoming college expenses. To her dismay, her heart betrays her and sends her spiraling into a deep crush on her school's rich queen Bee, Monroe Miller, who is now her new co worker. Maliyah hates herself for feeling this way but she's sure as hell going to fight these feelings until they go away.... but it never really works like that, does it? Maliyah is in for a bumpy ride on her last year of High School.
