They say you'll never forget your first love. Maybe that's why I've kept this journal instead of burning it like all my other ones from when I was a teenager. It's battered and missing some pages throughout, but it holds the memories from my senior year of high school -- the memories from the moments that changed me forever. My whole life, I thought that each day had to be the same thing over and over, where I went to school, went to cheer practice, and did the exact day over, over, over. But I soon realized just how much my life could change in just an instant. And in those moments, when everything changes, that's when this life is worth living. I guess this is my tale of love, life, and happiness. It's my turn to spill my deepest and darkest secrets in what used to captivate him -- and me. So, submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society, I call this story . . . the Tale of Tomorrow.
