This poetry book is made from the thoughts that just appear in my head Each "poem" or chapter will contain 3 or 5 sentences. The poems won't be that long. The poems are also mostly about how am I feeling at the moment. About stress, lost and anxiety but also love, happiness and hope. To whoever is feeling the same way, remember you're not alone. Mental Health is very important and everyone must take care of themselves not just physically and emotionally but also mentally.
