Who is he?

You tried to get up as fast as you could to run and get away as fast as possible.
But it was too late. You felt arms around your waist and a warm body pressed against you.
You tried to run away but his arms wrapped around you.
You yelled yet he didn't let go.
The boy's tight grip on your waist made you turn around to take a look at his face to finally see his bright crystal blue eyes. That everyone was talking about.
