Izuku Midorya is a very intelligent boy who's practically as smart as Nezu himself. He is also already strong enough to be able to take down all of UA's staff at once. Though deku is all those things, his parents (eraser head and present mic) are very protective of him, especially considering how beautiful and feminine he was, not to mention he is a total flirt. So he enrolled a month late so his parents could judge which kids he could go near and which kids he can't, but just as they feared as soon as the boys lay their eyes on izuku they can't help but fall in love.
