Prologue

Young Izuku Midoriya was born with an extreme snake mutation despite neither parent having a physical mutation, and at the age 4 he got is quirk, but all it did was give him a human form by shedding his skin. At 5 he met a man who says he can make his quirk stronger so he can be a hero.
