It's 1888 and two best friends, and lovers, Adonis and Wesley are attending high school on the outskirts of London. Wesleys crush from childhood reappears in his life and Wesley ends things with Adonis. Adonis being love struck agrees to be best friends and suffers watching Wesley chase after Charlotte- a game he knows Wesley will loose.

When Wesley goes missing for unknown reasons Charlotte and Adonis must team up to find him. On the way they stumble across secrets Wesley kept; not only a troubling past, but a dark future.

With that much time together Adonis and Charlotte happen to grow rather close. Will Adonis push aside his old love for new? Can he trust Charlotte? And can Charlotte trust Adonis?
