Shinnrae Netherbane had always been trained to do everything a normal lass wouldn't do--she was never interested at all in the world of fancy frocks and gowns and silks, but instead favored going hunting for game, training as an assassin and holding back waves of bandits single-handedly. But there has always been one thing that had plagued her mind for years...the oath that her prince had made her long, long ago. And even as a peasant farmer she knew she could always be something way more than what she was born to be.
