We live in a society, in which quirks Dominate the landscape of earth.

But, what if there's an unknown 'Meta' that's so scarce that only a small percentage of people have. Well, they're called "Stand Users", they themselves don't even know it's an entirely new 'Meta'. A manifestation of one's own fighting spirit.

And we follow one of those users' bIzaRrE adventures, and his name is Izuku Midoriya, bullied for being quirkless, soon awakens his Stand.

Will he finally be able to become a hero? Or will he still not make it?
