I: Officer, meet the robber

Brian Bell is a police officer from Tampa. He's by the book---follow the rules, enforce the law, have a routine, go to bed, repeat.

Rivers Cuomo is a nerd just trying to get by and pay his bills. He resorts to bribery and robbery to pay for his expenses.

When Officer Bell arrests him, Rivers attempts to sweet talk him. Number one rule: no officer is to be in an intimate relationship with an inmate. Any officer caught doing so will be fired.

Is he willing to risk it?
