Bucky Barnes is more than Just the winter soldier

As she was going on the bus to the only family she had left, she finally thought she was safe. however her past ceeps following her and the only way to survive is to let people in, is she going to be able to do that or is the past going to take everything she had left? it seems that nobody can get through to her because she feels that not a single person there cares or relates what she has bin through. however bucky doesnt give up. is she willing to accept that or not?
