This book is about two people who are so close, but never find the right time to let each other know. Felicia is about to start her first year of college. Her brother and his best friend have been over sea's. Her brother is Alex and he is a Marine. His best friend Ryan is in the Navy. She has alway had a crush on Ryan, but no one knows. Not even her best friend Elena. What Felicia doesn't know is that Ryan likes her and has for a very long time. Alex is even ok with it, but before he gets the chance to tell her he gets shipped out and she is hardly talked to home before he left. Now that he's back there is the whole boyfriend thing. He knew Felicia had one, but he was hoping they had broken up before he would be back home. She doesn't even know that Felicia has Ryan wrapped around her little finger.
