12-year-old Brooklyn has lived in The Library for as long as she can remember. She doesn't know much about herself but ask her the original cell theory or George Washington's mother's name and she can tell you, probably in a long winded explanation. The Librarian, Jonas, is her best friend except her pet mouse, Napoleon. One day, when a mysterious boy appears in The Library and starts living there, Brooklyn's life will never be the same again.
