Saphira fainted. Saphira actually fainted, and in front of him. Of course it happened like this, because when was her life ever easy?
Jackson was intrigued by Saphira. She was as unique as her name. When he sees her strange necklace, Jackson becomes too curious. But he also holds a secret. He hides it well, but how long will he be able to keep it from Saphira?

Saphira never had the smooth life. Her father died when she was six, leaving Saphira's mother to care for four children. Saphira has reached the sweet age of sixteen, but it's anything but sweet. At least, no one has ever classified being hunted by a killer as sweet.
