This story takes place after the Dream was imprisoned inside Pandora's Vault. This is not 100% accurate. I combined characterizations from the lore and my own. If you don't characterize them this way, it's okay. Just don't read.

This is an alternate timeline where they decided to rebuild L'Manberg after the Imprisonment of Dream. The Syndicate is already formed here and is a big secret organization. Canon lives are still lore here and that's all you need to know.
