When she entered the glade she felt weak in this new place whilst her mind was blank when she thought of how she came to the place. When she meets Newt she feels as though she knew him before causing her to let her walls down for him only. But when a new greenie arrives and brings trouble with him she has to decide whether to let her walks down or build them higher and block even Newt out from her
