Prologue

In 2021, Venezuela's ultranationalist president, Carlo Manuel threatens ambassadors across the country, viewing them as weaklings. He gets most of the ambassadors to leave the country, be arrested or even be murdered. The Japanese embassy is the president's next target, and only 3 mercenaries from Japan can stop the president to save the Japanese embassy as the entire country descends into chaos and corruption. However, a new threat arises in the country, making the situation even worse.
