How I met my best friend. High school. New kids. Walks in woods. And an end that made me regret it all.

**This was based on true events and most of the people mentioned are real.
Adrian and I, however, were childhood friends. We didn't meet in high school, unlike in the story. All of the conversations in this story are a variation or word for word what we either said or texted to each other throughout the years, though.

This is, of course, dedicated to him.
