I need a tad bit of help

Izuku Midoriya was born into a world where 80% of people have these super natural abilities called quirks and where these creatures called pokemon. ( You guys get how it's introduced ) when izuku discovers he can't manifest a quirk but he did get a pokemon. everyone except two people belittle him for not having a quirk and somethings out of his control.
