Prologue

2 years after Steven leaves Beach City; the subjects of the Gem empire start noticing increasingly strange occurrences around Homeworld involving Rampant corruption and even stranger, new gems appearing. Forcing a now 18-year-old steven universe to step back into the spotlight as a "diamond". However, He learns that he and the diamonds were just pawns in a much more sinister inter-galactic plan... ending the peace-filled era 4 and starting the second gem war...

To survive in this new world, Steven will have to assume the identity and expectations he'd been trying to escape from all his life.
