Prologue: Eobard Thawne

Thawne has massively screwed up the timeline. He should have known better, but oh, he was desperate. In this new timeline, Barry is captured by Deathstroke and A.G.E(Association of Global Experimentation) at age 11, when the particle accelerator explodes. Along with his super-speed, he's brainwashed and injected with Mirakuru. What happens when the Star city vigilantes, Green Arrow and Speedy run into Barry?
