Despite his names meaning, Kioshi is anything but silent. He's a loud, bold extrovert who is so opinional it borderlines on disrespectful. Although his name doesn't quite fit his personality, it does suit him. Being born deaf means he lives in a world of silence, yet that doesn't mean he himself has to be silent.

After another argument with his teacher, Kioshi finds himself being demoted from class 3-A to 3-E, aka the "end" class. Not that he cared, its not like a campus change would effect him, or so he thought..
