Stay alive

Short poems to help people/ raise awareness on mental health. Know your not alone and know you don't have to do things on your own. If you think no one cares just know there will always be someone who thinks your life is worth saving wether that's family, friends or the paramedic that is not going to let you give up and will try to keep you here.
Possible trigger warning. Talks about eating disorders, depression to try and make people less alone and know someone else is going through it to and to raise awareness and understanding but most of poems are to try and make people happy and smile.
