Chapter 1: Moving in Day

Cressida has just moved into her own place to begin her senior year of college. It's tiny, but it's all hers. Her downstairs neighbor turns out to be a rude, brooding man of few words, and Cress is surprised when she finds out he's a pianist preparing for a very important audition. He just doesn't seem like the piano playing type, you know? Not that it matters, for they're certainly destined to be enemies, or at the very least, strangers.
