What does it mean to be heartless? A being who is out of touch with emotion and experience or perhaps has grown immune to love? In Eastwood, this theory is put to the test through a sci-fi mystery. Dylan Mendoza, the daughter of two millionaire scientist, moves back to her home town, Eastwood, 'where the winter spends the summer'. Dylan must nagivate who the people of her past have become, particularly her ex-bestfriend, Wells Green, a current jock and football player who has a secret, yet aspiring dream to be a musician. Something had shifted since the last time she'd seen him, this new electric feeling. Dylan begins to create links between Laine; a friend, but also a secret lover of hers who went missing under mysterious circumstances before she left San Francisco and the four students that go missing now at Eastwood High. In order to discover the secrets of her past and save everyone, she must solve the sci-fi disappearance of the four students at Eastwood High.
