Makki can read minds. He hears the thoughts of other all the time. It is way too loud for him. He can't live his life like he wants to. He only gets 10 minutes of numbness every day. What happens if the source disappears suddenly or when he finds out what or rather who the source is.

Makki's pov is straight while Mattsun's is cursive. There is a symbol ※ that indicates the POV of a character which is introduced later. When it's bold, it's a conversation in the heads of two people.
