info on characters (going under editing)

what happeneds when you are the new deputy fire commissioner and you have been the ENT field officer for over 10 years now and have a high reputation for the fire department. What happens when you come and visit firehouse 66 and you are there for a couple months observing and you find out multiple things are wrong? In the beginning when you don't tell them who you are, will they not treat you nicely?
