Ella Jane's annoyingly average life is upended when she catches her classmate, Ryan Hunter, breaking into her house. Ryan owes a mysterious group of men a lot of money - $5,000, to be exact. He has two months to gather the money on his own, or he's a dead man.

Instead of turning Ryan over to the cops, Ella offers to help him get the money.

When robberies, money, guns and love are involved, nothing is black and white. For Ella and Ryan, there is only gray.
