Phlo Finister, a 20 year-old model/singer from Los Angeles, California finds herself unexpectedly falling for Robb Bank$, an 18 year-old Broward County rapper.
Phlo doesn't see Robb being more than her friend until they're forced together one night, by her best friend Ella, and she learns that deep down, she had feelings for him all along.
