Prologue

Slow yet steady streams of blood continued to flow from the cuts and gashes made by the other Huhounds. After all Quell did for them, and now they turn on the only other leader that could save them, Niklaus.

Dr. Fellas Mobius Quell, better known as Quell, embarks on a journey to an unknown land of promise and safety along with the help of his seven Huhounds. After a serious injury leaves him in the ditch getting gnawed by rats, six of his hounds turn hostile to their leader, Niklaus. Does Niklaus find the the land of promise as tribute to her fallen master or is it just another one of the stories he's told to keep the Huhounds looking forward to something besides death?
