Skyra Parkinson for as long as she can remember her life was never normal, due to a divorce and the opportunity of a lifetime, she lives in the richest and poorest areas in Panem. She had always believed the Capitol was cruel, and only she and her, "uncle" Cinna are the only ones who, openly to her, thought this way, but with the Quarter Quell, many things change and when the rebellion she has been waiting to start finally takes a prominence, she uses her status and voice to make her voice heard, and to be remembered in the Rebellion as someome so young willing to put herself in harm's way to change the world, but is it worth it if the people she loves may die?
