Lori Faulkner is a 16 year old girl. Her life used to be normal until her dad walked out and left her and her family to fend for themselves. Up until now, Lori assumed everything would work itself out once she left for college. But being stabbed in her back by people she once considered her best friends have threatened her future life and left her pondering the mysteries of humans.
