Why won't you talk?

Izuku Midoriya was a junior in high school in Washington, so was Katsuki Bakugo. Izuku doesn't talk much, in fact, he hasn't spoken since 4th grade, he was made fun of a lot for it, one of the bullies would happen to be Katsuki. Katsuki was a social butterfly and quite frankly a bully to most people he meets. Little did they know they would end up being project partners ........ and maybe more.

(This a no quirks story, and Izuku and Katsuki weren't childhood friends, also Izuku is colourblind in this story)
