In this alternate timeline, the Uesugi family does not affiliate with the Nakano's quintuplets and is out of the story. Instead, the story involved (Y/N), that is, you.
Note that this is a reader insert story, it will still follows the main story line from the original work, but with some alterations on it. As for the future bride to be for (Y/N), well... I haven't decide who's gonna to be. (Edit: I already have someone in mind. But I would still make endings for four other quints. That depends.)
