In a world where people fear the enhanced, Jack is just a guy trying to survive in a city plagued by a mad scientist vision; a vision of a world filled with super-powered humans.

It's been 15 years since he'd escaped the lab, but, even with his loyal companion Dr. Evie's efforts, Jack's faith in a cure slowly fades by the day- along with his will to live.

That is, until he met Leone.
