Chapter 1

Amongst a world of ruin, one thriving city survives the Third World War. The year is 2065 and the world of virtual gaming has become so technologically advanced, it is now a way of life for the Elites of society who have become bored of basic technology. By chipping people, the Elites are able to vicariously live through people in the lower spectrum of society as if they were characters in a game. There is a hidden community underground called the Legions that survived the war, and have not been chipped and completely swiped of everything they ever knew. Life is all about hiding and surviving for Jo -until life takes a catastrophic turn.
