A New World

A Death Note user can go to neither heaven or hell. Light Yagami is cast down by the Shinigami King to a new world where humans have powers. He accepts the challenge to become god over the gods.
Deku meets a quirkless stranger one day with nowhere to go. He welcomes him, and they work together to try and discover who this sudden new villain called Kira is.
