Fork's is a place that I have always loved, the near-constant rain soothing all my worries away, the comfort that my father brought as a protector. My sister and I would spend a month every summer in the small rainy town of Forks, Washington, to visit our father, Charlie.
However, when Bella and I had a chance these plans the summer that we turned fourteen, we hatched a plan and, We put our foot down: we decided that Bella would go with Mom, and I would go with Charlie. My mother protested loudly and very unsettling at first. However, she knew I couldn't thrive in the extreme humidity; the sweat drenching heat drained me of the person I am. The rain, the peace, the calm, the green is where I thrived and longed to be.
