Disclamers!

Wilbur finds himself caught in the rain and goes into a nearby library to wait for the rain to die down. he meets a man, he looks about his age and Wilbur finds himself staring at the man for the entire time. Once the rain dies down, Wilbur has to leave, he is upset but leaves anyways, hoping to meet the man again sometime. His wishes come true one day.
