The Kingstown Academy for Dragon Slayers is the most prestigious school in the country, where students learn to fight dragons and protect cities. Coming from a family of Dragon Slayers, Cassia is sent there to pursue her family's trade, although she has no intention of being a Dragon Slayer. As she navigates a school turning high schoolers into dangerous weapons, the world breaks into chaos as it faces the dragon dilemma: should the dragons be eradicated, or should humans make peace with the dragon species?
