Description
After the destruction of his childhood home and death of his wife, Kari, Henrik buries her underneath the tree beside their burned down cottage; untouched by the flames. Saying his goodbyes, he grabs what was left of his belongings and leaves to start a new life in Riverwood. But he will soon learn that this is not something he can run away from. This journey will lead him on the path of figuring out a part of himself not even his parents, long since passed, knew about. He vowed over Kari's grave to never remarry; for how could he ever love someone as he did her? //NOTICE// I do not, nor do I claim to, reserve the rights to Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. This is simply just a fanfiction that I came up with on the spot. This will only feature the prologue as of right now.
