Ouma Kokichi gets caught up at school after an incident and meets a new "friend".. Ouma has never seen this tall, creepy but before but knows his life wont ever be the same.

This is a "Pregame" Saiouma story. (After returning I've decided to change it) Basically I'm taking how people see them in a pregame setting and just making it them- so in this Danganronpa isn't a real thing, it's purely a tv series!
