She is transferred to college at Oxford to become a lawyer, after a terrible incident in Seattle, she won't talk about. A retired U.S. Air Force friend of the family, named Frank, is her guardian of sorts in London. He owns a bar named Shadow Run. As fate would have it: a tall, dark and dressed in Crimson vampire is out freak hunting. Miss Colter takes offense to him and Alucard takes interest in her.
