Her bright red hair faintly shimmered under the single light of the interrogation room, as she leaned over the table and into my face. We had been over this before, me and this woman called, "Agent Romanoff". She always asked the same questions. "Nowhere special." I finally replied, my voice perfectly even. "Is that so? Why were you running from us, then?" A pause filled the tense air. Should I give up? I've been running so long... I looked the woman straight in the eye for the first time since my arrival, showing off my unnatural electric blue eyes. But as Noir is introduced to a new life of safety and.. very strange friends, she gradually notices something dark and mysterious lurking in the shadows, and its quickly obvious that a threat to everyone, the whole world, even, is closer then she ever suspected.
