It's revealed that the male lead had feelings towards the villain of the story, who was a guy. Kind of queerbait if you ask me, but when the fujo-danshis knew about this they immediately rioted because, according to them, the visual novel could have been a great BL material. Some even wanted to question the author personally... And that's my job! My name is Hans and I'm a professional journalist who's interested in the decisions the author made while writing the plot for the visual novel.
