Chapter 1

Valerie Walker has been an Avenger for quite a few years and it's been an amazing experience. She couldn't be happier. Everything is going perfectly until she gets a call from Nick Fury about a secret mission for her and the one Avenger that she hasn't gotten along with, Natasha Romanoff.

They both expect the worst from each other, creating tension between them. One day, all of it changes. They realize maybe they were wrong about each other, very wrong.
